Shipping & return policy

Delivery

Please note there may be additional customs or import duties added to your order, based on your chosen destination. There may also be an extra delay on shipping estimates due to current events.

Shipping methods

We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs as further specified when you check out.

Dispatch of orders may take up to 7 business days but we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during weekdays, or 1-2 business days during sales periods.

The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or on the part of the shipping company.

If Horde Studio fails to deliver within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the purchase.

Your order will be delivered by UPS to the shipping address you have indicated.

All orders are fully traceable on the Website by logging in to My account. Click “My Orders” and fill in the tracking number for updated information about your shipment.

First-time order policy

For security purposes, Horde Studio reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.

Exchanges

Purchased products are exchangeable into a different size and color in accordance with the terms.

All exchanges are based on stock availability. If you have exchanged a product, Horde Studio will pay the shipping costs for the new product.

Articles must be unworn, unused and in a sellable condition, with all original tags attached. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for items bought at a reduced or sale price.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email customercare@hordestudio.com and include :

  • Order number
  • Name the order was made with
  • Email address the order was made with
  • Your request

Returning the products – Refunds

When a customer order is sent out we include a dispatch note with the order, at the bottom of the dispatch note is a return slip that the customer can cut off and send with their return.

It is important for us to have the return slip as it has the MMS Order ID number indicated on it so as that we can process the return.

Please make sure to fill out the returns slip provided which is located at the bottom of the dispatch note.

Once the return has reached us, we will process the return within 2-3 working days.

We will check the item to see whether it can be resold and if the return or refund can be done.

Articles must be unworn, unused and in a sellable condition, with all original tags attached. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges for items bought at a reduced or sale price.

We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition. This does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.

The customer is responsible for shipping returns, all shipping costs for the return will be at the customer’s expense.

Once we receive the item, you will be refunded within 5 - 7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that refunds may take longer to appear in your account, depending on your credit card issuer. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. When we process the refund, we will return the price stated on our website at the time of the purchase, we will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. Please note that return processing may take additional time during peak seasonal times.

You may use any postal service at your own risk, Horde Studio cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service and items are well packaged.

Orders returned to us without a return slip may face delays in processing. Horde Studio reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is rejected, you will be notified via email.

You can easily and conveniently handle the reconsignment of your purchased products as follows :

  • Log into your account  to begin a return or exchange.
  • You can view your orders and must request a return or exchange item for any unwanted items.
  • Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box.
  • Close the box and tape it securely.

We prefer that products are returned through Horde Studio return service to ensure they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the products by any secure transport.

Shipping costs for reconsigning the products

Please note that you must pay the shipping cost for returning the products in accordance with your right of withdrawal and exchange and Horde Studio has no obligation to pay such costs.

Defective products

If any items are damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days from order. We display photos of our products on our website for guidance only - minor differences between the photograph and the received product do not count as defects.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email customercare@hordestudio.com and include :

  • Order number
  • Name the order was made with
  • Email address the order was made with
  • A photograph illustrating the damage

If Horde Studio consider the products to be defective, Horde Studio will make a full refund including shipping costs.

    Information of the right of revocation

    Right of Revocation

    You are entitled to revoke this contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you have, or a third person designated by you (other than the carrier) has, received the products. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us at customercare@hordestudio.com by means of an unambiguous notification (e.g. through letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract.

    You may electronically complete and submit the specimen revocation form provided on our website : Revocation form.

    This is, however, not compulsory. In oder to comply with the time limit for revocation, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the time limit for revocation expires.

    Consequences of revocation

    If you revoke this contract, we are obliged to return to you, promptly but in no case later than within 14 days from the day on which we have received the notification of your revocation, all payments that we have received from you including the costs of delivery (except any additional costs that result from you having chosen a different method of delivery than the cheaper method offered by us).

    For such repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you have used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed with you otherwise; in no case will we charge you any fees due to such repayment.

    We are entitled to refuse repayment until we have recovered the products or you have evidenced that you have sent the products back to us, whichever occurs first. You are obliged to send back or hand over the products to us promptly, but in no case later than within 14 days from the day on which you notified us of the revocation of this contract.

    The time limit is complied with if you send the products before the expiration of the 14 days’ time limit. You have to bear the direct costs of the reconsignment of the products.

    Any potential loss in value of the products will have to be compensated by you only if such loss in value is attributable to your handling of the products which is not necessary for the verification of their condition, quality or functionality.
